Diversity and Inclusion
Dashboard

We design customized dashboards and tracking indicators for your company, enabling you to effectively visualize data, monitor and make progress visible, and adjust your D&I action plan accordingly. These tools provide a clear and precise view of the current situation and allow you to track the progress of the actions taken.

For more sensitive data to collect (such as those related to ethnicity), we create dashboards that combine HR data with employee perceptions.

  • We work closely with your HR and IT teams to adapt the dashboard to your existing systems, or we create custom solutions tailored to your specific needs.

  • We track key indicators such as recruitment, promotion, and employee departures by using often underutilized existing HR data. Beyond the traditional metrics (gender, age, disability), our innovative methods enable a deeper and more relevant analysis of diversity.

  • In addition, or when HR data is insufficient or unavailable, we gather employee perceptions or use self-identification to create tracking indicators on ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other dimension of diversity. These indicators enrich the analysis and allow us to go beyond the simple gender criterion.

  • We offer concise reports designed for executives, HR teams, and managers, providing a clear and concise view of key diversity and inclusion indicators. These reports allow you to quickly share essential data and adjust your action plans efficiently and in a targeted manner.

"I worked with Salomé for a year on diversity and inclusion topics. Together, we built an original DEI maturity assessment model that is now deployed in about ten entities at ENGIE. It’s unique in the sense that it combines the results of the annual perception survey with a self-assessment questionnaire. The combination of the two makes the tool particularly relevant. During this time, we often discussed gender equality. It's a subject that she is passionate about and deeply committed to. However, she does not underestimate its complexity or the inevitable cultural shifts required, which is one of her many strengths."
