Diversity Fresco
The Diversity Fresco is a collective intelligence workshop that allows participants toexperience the cognitive mechanisms at play in discrimination, discover approaches aimed to reduce them, debate their implications and limitations, all while acquiring a common vocabulary to foster constructive dialogue and promote a more inclusive and peaceful society.

The Diversity Fresco facilitates an interactive and experiential awareness workshop lasting 3 hours, conducted in-person and led by a D&I expert specifically trained for this facilitation.

Between 10 and 16 participants per workshop, with the possibility of deploying the Mural on a larger scale within an organization.

The workshop is based on a set of concept cards that serve as tools for discussion and debate, which the group must collectively organize into a logical process.
The cards are distributed in batches, each introduced by a mini-game that allows participants to familiarize themselves with the concepts presented in the cards to be explored.
Each stage of the workshop is debriefed by the facilitator in charge of the session.
