Diversity Atlas is a unique data analysis platform on diversity that provides an overview of the cultural and demographic diversity within an organization.

What Are We Really Measuring?

The platform measures cultural and demographic diversity through four pillars: country of birth (up to two generations), ethnicity, language, and worldview/religion. It analyzes these pillars in relation to demographic factors such as gender, age, and sexual orientation, providing a nuanced view of minority identities. It generates a cultural diversity index, enabling organizations to track and assess the evolution of their diversity over time and gain a better understanding of their employees' lived experiences.

Thanks to their advanced pay equity software, we can now offer our clients precise analyses that comply with local regulations.
