Survey to Measure Employee Perception
We design tailored surveys to assess employee perceptions of diversity and inclusion within your organization. These surveys gather valuable insights into employee experiences, their sense of belonging, and the perception of the D&I efforts undertaken by the organization.
The results of these surveys provide a detailed view of cultural dynamics and allow for the adjustment of actions based on the specific needs expressed by your teams.
-
Measure the extent to which employees feel included and valued within the company, considering criteria such as respect, equal opportunity, and access to resources.
-
Identify employee perceptions regarding biases, potential discrimination, and microaggressions that may affect their well-being and performance.
-
Assess the effectiveness of the company's D&I initiatives and their impact on the corporate culture, while identifying areas for improvement.
-
We provide you with detailed reports that highlight strengths and areas for improvement. These results can be integrated into existing dashboards to cross-reference employee perceptions with HR data, offering a comprehensive overview of the progress made in terms of diversity and inclusion.
Methodological Principles
The analysis is based on comparing the perceptions of various groups: Insiders (those who feel included and represented by the existing system) and Outsiders (those who feel marginalized or underrepresented). For each specific area of work, you receive a comparison between these groups, enabling you to measure perception gaps and identify topics where their views differ.
It is then crucial to determine whether the observed gaps result from a biased perception (where your practices and processes are objectively fair but perceived differently) or if they reveal a genuine equity or fairness issue that requires corrective actions. With our expertise in D&I audits, we help you prioritize the gaps that need immediate interventions and those that can be addressed in the medium term.
Finally, we examine multiples dimensions of diversity (gender, disability, etc.), with cross-analyses to delve deeper into specific issues and propose solutions tailored to your organization's unique culture and challenges.
