We create tailor-made tools to train and raise awareness among leaders, HR professionals, and managers on diversity and inclusion issues, adapted to various hierarchical levels and roles. These resources give them the skills to feel confident in their role as ambassadors, enabling them to represent D&I topics with confidence.
Each toolkit includes concrete examples: action plans, best practices, "do's and don'ts", as well as podcasts and various resources (films, books), providing alternative ways to learn outside of traditional training. Co-constructed based on the specific needs of your organization, it aims to empower employees to be more confident and proactive in promoting D&I.
