These resources give them the skills to feel confident in their role as ambassadors, enabling them to represent D&I topics with confidence.

Each toolkit includes concrete examples: action plans, best practices, "do's and don'ts", as well as podcasts and various resources (films, books), providing alternative ways to learn outside of traditional training. Co-constructed based on the specific needs of your organization, it aims to empower employees to be more confident and proactive in promoting D&I.
