Our vision of diversity:

Gender, but not only...

Gender Balance

Women make up 50% of the global population, yet they remain underrepresented in most companies, especially in leadership positions and in roles perceived as "masculine".

Gender balance in the workplace is a central pillar of our D&I strategies and has been at the heart of our activities since the founding of Arba Advisory.

We support you in creating the necessary conditions to ensure fairer representation and foster an inclusive culture for all talents within your company.

Inclusion of all forms
of diversity

Diversity goes far beyond gender and encompasses on all aspects of our unique identities, ways of working and experiences.

Diversity goes far beyond gender and encompasses all aspects of our identities, ways of working, and experiences.

Whether it's age, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, professional background, ethno-cultural origins or beliefs, every difference is a valuable richness to the company.

Intersectional Approach

At Arba, we always adopt an intersectional approach.
Why? Because we believe it is essential to make differences and potential discrimination visible in order to address them more effectively and make progress.

For example, a lesbian woman may face forms of discrimination that are distinct from those experienced by a gay man. By considering both gender and sexual orientation, we can develop inclusive actions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals.

Our Work Philosophy

Use of Quantitative Data

As with any project, measurement will be crucial for establishing an initial diagnosis, tracking progress  and taking action where your company needs it most. Without measurement, differences become invisible and progress is slowed.
Our tools will enable us to establish indicators tailored to your organization and objectives, allowing us to target priority actions and maximize impact.

Review of Policies and Practices

Establishing or reviewing clear policies on equality is essential for ensuring sustainable results.
Practices play a key role in ensuring that these policies are actually implemented and can yield positive outcomes.
Both aspects are complementary and must be addressed to create a healthy, diverse and inclusive work environment, where everyone can express their full potential and perform at their best.

Listening

It is your employees we need to listen to in order to fine-tune your action plan. The more we understand their perceptions, the more effective our plan will be, and the more achievable your goals will become.

Listening and observing in the field is essential for prioritizing actions and identifying challenges that are often invisible in the HR data, but crucial for well-being. Arba supports you in this process, without judgment, fostering sustainable progress.

Co-construction

You know your company better than anyone. External consultants are here to guide, not to impose or dictate.

Our discussions will be key to better understand your company culture, identifying areas for improvement and precisely targeting the actions to implement.
